The Okaihau and District Schools 150 Year Reunion will be held over Labour Weekend 2025 (from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon), and will be open to past students and staff from a number of local schools. The list of those included is below.

Friday 24 October 2025

2.00pm – 4.00pm Powhiri (Okaihau College)

6.00pm – 10.00pm Mix and Mingle (Okaihau College)

Saturday 25 October 2025

9.00am – 12.00pm School visits

(Okaihau Primary School, Okaihau College, Umawera School, Mangamuka School).

5.00pm – 9.00pm Street Party (Okaihau College)

Sunday 26 October 2025

9.00am – 12.00pm Church Service / Tree planting / Mauri Rock ceremony / Brunch / Closing (Whakarongorua Marae, Okaihau College)

11.00am Golf Tournament at the Okaihau Golf Club. $30 entry fee, payable on the day. Please contact Pam for more information and to book your spot; mudandpam@hotmal.com

The Friday night Mix and Mingle includes a goodie bag, and platters / food throughout the evening. The Saturday night Street Party will have a variety of street food vendors from which you can purchase food. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase on both nights.

Please note that some of these events are free,

but we would like you to register for them to give us an idea of numbers.

Registrations are now open for the reunion weekend. All tickets (except the golf tournament)

are purchased through the official Eventbrite website.
